I tried the recommended dose. 6 capsules 30 minutes before training. Normally this session leaves me with aches and pains but this time... Really nothing. I feel ready for a new session without however having the necessary strength. In short, having tried the product without buying it (gift) I think I'll try it in powder form for a future workout."

Great product! I often do long basketball sessions (2-3 hours) on the street, and the hardest thing is being able to keep going until the end with an adequate muscular response. The bcaa has simply taken away this muscular fatigue. Moreover, I do not need to take a snack in the middle of the session, I still have energy to give. I credit training and the faster use of fat for this. In short, it's a great product because of its noticeable effects.

It is difficult to say that it is a magic product, but in synergy with the supplements adapted to endurance sports, I feel a noticeable and even palpable improvement in the level of muscular strength over time, as if the effort was more comfortable. Recuperation also seems improved.
