Recipe: Musclewhegg banana bread
Our Musclewhegg banana bread recipe
• 2 bananas
• 1 egg
• 30g of coconut oil
• 70g of powdered oats
• 30g of musclewhegg cocoa flavor
• 0.3g of sucralose
• 7g of chocolate chips (optional)
• 3g of baking powder
1- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
2-In a bowl, mash 1.5 mashed bananas with a fork.
3- Add the egg, melted coconut oil, oatmeal powder, yeast, sucralose and musclewhegg.
4- Mix to obtain a homogeneous paste. Pour into a 15cm diameter mold, lined if necessary.
5- Split the remaining half banana and place on the dough.
6- Optionally add chocolate chips as a topping.
7- Bake for 20 minutes.
8- Check the doneness using a knife tip which should come out dry.
