The best known stimulant is caffeine. It generally takes effect on your entire body. If you take too much, stimulants will increase your heart rate, cause irritation, and prevent sleep.
Aside from sports, caffeine is most often used to avoid drowsiness when you don't want to sleep. This stimulating effect gradually fades away in a few hours. It's time to consume more to benefit from the stimulating effect once more.
A non-stimulating booster acts a little less quickly over time (a few hours or even days rather than minutes).
On the other hand, the effect is long-lasting over time, even if you don't use the booster every day.
These two forms of booster each have their advantages and disadvantages. Caffeine is ideal for training early in the morning when you're still a little sleepy. However, if you exercise late at night, taking caffeine can accentuate the sleep disturbance that already occurs when you work out late.
This is, however, very much theoretical as a distinction. In reality, the boundary between the two types of booster is not as clear-cut and distinct. However, supplements such as the Natural Bio Booster and the Green Caffeine Bio Boosterare very clearly stimulants. On the contrary, creatine is a non-stimulant booster.
Citicoline also belongs to the non-stimulant booster category.

I bought it for my son, to be in top shape for his studies. He doesn't only take this product, but the whole thing seems to work well because in his last year of his Master's degree, he did very well on all his exams. Here you go

It's a guaranteed of extra focus and extra energy. I only take 500 MG a day. Because of the excessive price, I take very little on an empty stomach.

I'm thinking of taking the focus mix next order to see if I'll get the same feeling, because I take it with Astaxanthin and organic coffee and it's really efficient! I feel much less fatigue during the day. Thank you.
