Nutrimuscle Lean Gainer Milk Protein Oat contains Native Whey and a specific ratio of Proteins and Carbohydrates: 40% protein and 60% carbohydrates.
Nutrimuscle milk protein contains both types of protein from original cow's milk: 80% micellar casein + 20% whey. Medical analyses have highlighted the anabolic synergy of this 80-20 casein-whey ratio, which explains the excellent anabolic results obtained with total proteins.
This protein powder is designed to bulk muscles in a pure and filtered way from low temperature ultrafiltration of skimmed milk.
Obtained by low temperature ultrafiltration of skimmed milk, Nutrimuscle milk proteins are not denatured and have a high natural nutritional value.
Dilute 100 g (about 7 scoops), in 350ml of lukewarm milk or mineral water, up to 3 times per day according to your needs (between meals and after training and / or in the morning upon waking). Alternatively consume any time of day to increase your daily protein intake. Note : Do not dilute LEAN GAINER in chlorinated water like tap water because you will damage some of the bacteria.
