Following the intake of N-acetyl glucosamine and Chondroitin Sulphate, levels rise and then fall again after about 7 hours (for glucosamine) and 8 hours (for chondroitin). These average durations of action suggest that it is ideal to divide doses in half, taking half in the morning and half in the evening.

I have been taking it for several months and I personally find that it relieves pain and is quite efficient.

No particular taste in a shaker, efficient for my knee pain that is completely gone. I took it with type 2 collagen, and really recommend this!
