Our Post Workout Isolate Blend is a specially formulated blend designed to be taken just after you workout.
Our Blend contains Native Whey Isolate, Cluster Dextrin®, BCAA 4.1.1, Beta-Alanine, Magnesium Citrate, Yerba Mate, Creatine, Type 1 Collagen, Glutamine and Biotics
Mix 100 g (about 7 scoops) in 50cl of milk or water. When: right after your workout. Note: avoid chlorinated water as this will damage some of the biotics.
