The taste is really ...
The taste is really horrible, it needs to be taken with a source of carbohydrate with a strong taste. I take it with agave syrup, a banana and water. As for the effects, I feel that my efforts acne" is reducing but I don't reach the suggested dosage.

A double supplement because, in addition to providing potassium, it has a basifying effect for the body (well detailed in the product sheet). The taste really seems milder than other potassium bicarbonates. Make sure, as indicated on the product sheet, to start with small doses (5g\/d then gradually increasing over the days). Interesting supplement for endurance, strength sports and even for people in general.

I've been taking it for not too long and I take less than recommended, but I already feel that my stress is down. Since stress acidifies the body and acidification attracts stress, I feel that this product is helping me better deal with it all.
