At meals
It is important to take your carnipure® L-Carnitine while its insulin level is high, that is to say at meals (19-20). This remark applies even more outside the training period, so in the morning and at noon or the days without training (days during which you should not stop taking Carnipure®) (21).
< BR> During training
a bodybuilding session increases the muscular absorption of carnitine from 40 to 70 % compared to normal (18). Muscle contractions facilitate the transport of carnitine within cells. It follows that it is necessary to take an important part of its dose of L-Carnitine Carnipure® before, while just after its training session.

The problem of carnitine concerns its assimilation. This is only 5 to 15 %, the rest being eliminated. It is therefore difficult to increase your level of carnitine in the muscles. However, there are three solutions capable of remedying these drawbacks:

The assimilation of carnitine improves when it is used jointly with carbohydrates. So taking carnitine during the meal promotes its absorption.
It is also necessary to split your supplementation instead of being satisfied with a single socket.
L -Carnitine synergy - Fat burner - Choline -L -Bitartrate: L-carnitine and fat burner combine perfectly, because choline improves carnitine retention, while promoting its cell integration. It is therefore created a synergy between these two supplements which complement each other (23).

Carnitine plays an essential role in oxidation of fats: it allows the transport of lipid molecules within the tissues so that they can be burned there.

L-carnitine Carnipure® is Composed of tartrate l-carnitine. Carnitine is a molecule that the liver and kidneys synthesize from two amino acids (lysine and methionine), three vitamins (niacin, b6 and c) and iron.

carnitine plays a key role in Energy metabolism. This is why an supplementation is used both to lose weight, for recovery and to fight against fatigue.

  • Like all the supplements of our range, we ensure the good sharing of information from the origin of suppliers on the one hand, and the quality of the raw material on the other.

    we are n ' Use that very high-end ingredients, whose quality is guaranteed by world leaders: the Swiss group Lonza ©, HACCP certified and ISO9001, is the producer of carnitine L-Carnipure® Nutrimuscle.

    This provenance Guarantees that L-Carnipure® contains:

    no impurity;
    No trace of d-carnitine (synthetic form of carnitine which is not in nature and which inhibits the absorption of the -Carnitine);
    no GMO;
    No allergenic substances.
    Each batch of L-Carnipure® is tested to assess the absence of toxic heavy metals as well as microorganisms, Bacteria, microbes, fungi or molds. These tests are available for the consumer, which is rarely the case for generic carnitines whose provenance is known, the producer, the manufacturing mode, the purity, the date of production, nor the period of recommended consumption.

    Thanks to unique patents, L-Carnipure® is the only carnitine produced by fermentation (it is the same process as that found in nature). It therefore contains no animal residue, as is often the case with low -cost and low technology extraction modes. This peculiarity therefore guarantees against any transmission of spongiform bovine encephalopathy.
