Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women and children, diabetic or prediabetic people, asthma or treated by anti-vitamin K, people whose diet is checked for sodium, potassium or calcium and those with a Food allerie with crustaceans or insects.

The maximum concentration of chondroitin in the blood is obtained approximately 4 hours after taking. Eight hours later, sulfate chondroitine has completely disappeared from the blood (2).

This average longevity duration suggests that it is ideal to divide the doses in half in order to take half in the morning and the other half in the evening. A single dose (in the morning or in the evening) covers almost all day which simplifies the socket, but is not quite optimal.
