Why choose the Men's Immune Health Nutrimuscle?

Men's Immune Health is the ideal blend to strengthen your immune system. It is made from a perfectly balanced blend of vitamins and minerals.

Men's Immune Health is an enhanced version of our Multivitamin with added essential minerals and Vitamin K2-MK7. We have also added Marine Iodine, Zinc and Selenium. This formula was designed to meet the universal needs of sedentary people as well as athlete.

This blend helps to ensure that the daily intake of vitamins and minerals are reached which will lead to a better health and better athletic performances. Men's Immune Health helps to avoid deficiencies associated with frequent athletic activity.

What are the benefits of Men's Immune Health Nutrimuscle for you?

Fight against vitamin and mineral deficiencies

Thanks to its combined elements (vitamins and essential minerals), this blend helps to fight against deficiencies that can disturb the proper functioning of our body. Athletes who burn a greater amount of energy and minerals need this intake all the more in order to rebalance the loss of micronutrients.

    Helps strengthen the immune system
In this blend, minerals and vitamins act in synergy in order to participate in the strengthening of the immune system in an optimal way.

Zinc, selenium but also vitamin D3 fully participate in this protective role thanks to their antioxidant effects (1-2).

Contributes to the improvement of sports performance
By helping to cover micronutrient needs, the mix helps to maintain good performance over the long term. Indeed, vitamins and minerals help to combat fatigue, improve cognitive abilities and promote muscle recovery after heavy workouts (3-4).

Several research has shown that supplementation with antioxidant vitamins such as vitamins A and E increases muscle growth during intense physical effort (5).

    Improves energy metabolism
The supply of vitamins and minerals helps to smooth out all the chemical reactions and processes within the cells, thus improving the body's energy metabolism. The energy reserves are then regenerated more quickly.

Detailed benefits of Men's Immune Health Nutrimuscle

    A barrier of immune defenses

Vitamin and mineral supplementation helps to create a protective barrier on the body, fighting against external ailments. Indeed, its high level of antioxidants makes it possible to reduce the risk of the occurrence of numerous pathologies.

When the incidence of infections and health problems increases after exercise, it is a sign of a weakened cellular defense system. After intense training, the production of cells, such as lymphocytes, increases very quickly and then decreases, or even disappears after exercise: the rate of destruction of lymphocytes (immune cells) accelerates by 76% (1).

Selenium helps increase the immune system (2-3) and thus better fight infections. Zinc for its part helps fight against the decline in immune defenses and reduce the intensity and duration of certain symptoms linked to infections and viruses (4-5).

    Delay skin aging

In too large a quantity, free radicals attack the cells of our organism causing the deterioration of the skin. Antioxidants in vitamins help limit or even prevent damage. By fighting against free radicals, the vitamins in Men’s Immune Health help to delay skin aging.

In addition, medical statistics indicate that in the long term, regular intake of vitamins significantly increases the longevity of users and the incidence of disease (6-7-8-9).

    Helps improve energy metabolism

By participating in the improvement of energy metabolism, the mix helps stimulate ATP, also called Adenosine Tri-Phosphate, the energy molecule, the body's sole fuel and muscle contraction. It is its production that subsequently allows the muscle to contract, and therefore the athlete's movement in his environment.

The formula thus makes it possible to increase the sportsman's energy reserves, and to help him during intense performances. According to a study, vitamins E and also have an important effect on the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins, and regulates the level of glucose present in the blood by promoting the production of insulin (10).

    The benefits of Vitamin K2-MK7

Vitamins K are liposoluble vitamins (diluting in fat) which contain many benefits on the body. K2 MK-7 has better bioavailability (it is absorbed much better than others) and benefits from a longer half-life (it stays in the body longer).

Vitamin K2 acts as a distributor of calcium deposits. Instead of being deposited in the arteries, thanks to vitamin K2, calcium will strengthen the bones.

Vitamin K2 helps fight against inflammatory phenomena, joint pain, calcification of vessels, reduced bone strength or cerebral degeneration (11-12-13-14).

    Better recovery

During a sports performance, the recovery phase between two workouts is crucial for long-term progress. Some research has shown that the intake of antioxidant vitamins like vitamins A and E after intense physical exertion is very important for muscle recovery (15).

    Beneficial effects on fatigue

In addition to improving physical recovery, vitamins A and E help fight against age-related fatigue. Vitamins B1 and B6 are particularly useful in the fight against moral fatigue.
