    The native Nutrimuscle whey protein is derived from milk proteins and not from cheese proteins derived from milk, as is almost always the case for other whey qualified as “bio-active”.

    More expensive, whey of dairy origin has the advantage of not having been denatured during its extraction.     Dosage

    Dilute 40 g (3 scoops) in milk or room-temperature mineral water 3 times a day.

    When should I take Nutrimuscle native whey protein?

    As it is perfectly soluble in stomach acid, Nutrimuscle native whey protein is digested very quickly. Thus, it takes effect very quickly after consumption.

    • Within 15 minutes, the amino acids of the bioactive concentrate are assimilated
    • for more than 2 hours, your blood amino acid level remains high
    • three hours after consumption, it's time to top up on Nutrimuscle native whey protein or to eat a protein-rich meal.

    First thing in the morning
    First thing in the morning, take 20 to 40 g of Nutrimuscle native whey protein to quickly put an end to the catabolism induced by night-time fasting (1). You'll need a high dose of protein to fill your empty stomach first thing in the morning, because at this time your digestive system takes a lot of the protein from that first meal.
    Upping your intake ensures that your muscles also receive all the protein they need (4).

    How do I take Nutrimuscle native whey protein?

    Nutrimuscle native whey protein is flavourless bus has a natural, slightly milky taste. It can be consumed as is or sweetened with Nutrimuscle sucralose or Nutrimuscle stevia. You can also enhance the taste by adding Nutrimuscle NutriFlavour, or even cocoa, coffee, tea, a syrup of your choice, a strawberry, a mint leaf... You could even add it to a fruity shake: banana, apple, strawberry... whatever takes your fancy!
    How do I prepare and consume my proteins?
    Gas generated by the consumption of protein powder does not come from the protein itself. It mainly comes from the temperature of the liquid in which it is diluted. Cold liquid, which is often too cold, consumed several times a day in high quantities (1.5 to 2 litres) creates a thermal shock in the digestive system, causing bloating, gas, or even a case of the runs if you're very sensitive.
    Nutrimuscle recommends consuming its protein products in a room-temperature liquid: prepare your protein in the morning in a bottle and then consume throughout the day. You have a smooth, even mixture, because the bubbles have evaporated. So, say goodbye to burps! What's more, the ambient temperature of the contents will not disturb your digestion, so gas is also a thing of the past.
    A mixture to be prepared with care
    As it has not undergone any chemical processing and is made of native proteins, Nutrimuscle native whey protein should not be excessively shaken once in water or milk, otherwise a high level of foam will be produced.
    Using a blender (the metal blades destroy the growth elements naturally present in milk) is not recommended: they reduce the anabolic impact of Nutrimuscle's native whey protein.
    Instead, we recommend mixing with a fork, or very gently with a whisk. If you don't like the slightly pasty texture, let it sit for a minute so that the protein dissolves completely on its own in the liquid.

    Interactions with other Nutrimuscle products

    Protein and BCAAs
    This study (7) sheds new light on the BCAAs that you should take with your protein.
    There are 2 different forms of Nutrimuscle BCAA:

    1. BCAA 4.1.1 Constructor is the richest in leucine to optimise anabolism. 
    2. BCAA 2.1.2 Resistance is rich in leucine and valine to combat catabolism and training fatigue.

    Compared to casein, Nutrimuscle native whey protein results in a less significant rise in valine. In order to optimise anabolism, we therefore recommend combining it with BCAA 2.1.2 Resistance, which is richer in valine. It would be less advisable to do the opposite, which would further unbalance the aminogram instead of rebalancing it to make it more conducive to anabolism.
    Synergies between supplements
    Nutrimuscle native whey protein improves the assimilation of biotics, carnitine, and creatine.
    Adverse reactions between supplements
    To avoid bloating, Nutrimuscle native whey protein should not be taken at the same time as potassium bicarbonate.

    Young men were given 15 g of whey on an empty stomach or after a weight training session (4). On an empty stomach, whey increased the rate of muscle protein synthesis (anabolism) by 0.016% per hour. When whey is used just after training, its anabolic impact more than doubles, with an anabolic rise of 0.041% per hour. This study shows that the increase in muscle sensitivity to whey anabolism persists for more than 24 hours after training.
