Description

What is organic egg-white protein?

Nutrimuscle organic egg-white protein is an exceptional source of anabolic amino acids for your muscles. Egg-white protein is the benchmark in terms of protein quality, because its assimilation by your body is perfect. Lactose-free Nutrimuscle oganic egg white is a protein that is perfect for anyone who cannot tolerate milk or milk proteins.

What are the benefits of organic egg-white protein?

Muscle mass gain

Egg protein is very effective for anabolism.

Effectiveness against excess weight

Medical research has long shown that eating eggs accelerates fat loss, especially when dieting. These benefits are mainly due to the appetite-suppressant effect of eggs.

Egg white and Bacillus Coagulans

Nutrimuscle organic egg-white protein is available with GanedenBC30® Bacillus Coagulans. This increases the assimilation of amino acids, optimises your health, and fights against digestive disorders, such as bloating, that may arise as a result of a high calorie intake or a diet, both of which are particularly rich in protein.

Usage tips

Who is Nutrimuscle organic egg-white protein for?

Nutrimuscle organic egg-white protein is for people who want to vary their sources of protein and amino acids, and in particular:

  • Athletes, for muscle development
  • Less active people following a diet, for its appetite-suppressant and fat-burning effects

Dosage

Dilute 40 g (3 scoops) of Nutrimuscle organic egg-white protein in 25 cl of milk or room-temperature mineral water, 3 times a day.

If using in conjunction with Bacillus coagulans, avoid diluting Nutrimuscle organic egg-white protein in chlorinated water such as tap water, as this would destroy some of the bacteria in GanedenBC30® Bacillus coagulans.

When should I take Nutrimuscle organic egg-white protein?

Within 20 minutes of consuming Nutrimuscle organic egg-white protein, blood amino acid levels begin to rise gradually (much slower than with whey or PeptoPro; 15). This increase continues for a total of 1.5 hours. The amino acid level then remains at its maximum for another hour. Two and a half hours after consumption, amino acid levels begin to decline. Amino acid levels return to normal approximately 5 hours later.

Unlike other proteins, liquid egg-white protein in the shell is best cooked. Protein assimilation from raw liquid egg whites is only 51 % compared with over 90 % for cooked egg whites (16). Nutrimuscle organic egg-white protein is heat-treated when it is made, but you can even use it in cooking, much to your advantage. In addition, raw liquid egg white remains in your stomach for a very long time, which greatly delays the speed of arrival of the first amino acids in your blood (16).

First thing in the morning
You'll need a high dose of protein to fill your empty stomach first thing in the morning, because at this time your digestive system takes a lot of the protein from that first meal. Upping your intake ensures that your muscles also receive all the protein they need. (1)

Between meals
To build muscle mass quickly, drink 40g of Nutrimuscle organic egg-white protein between your three main meals to boost your intake of anabolic amino acids.

In the evening
To limit overnight proteolysis, taking 30 g of Nutrimuscle organic egg-white protein just before bed makes it possible to block nocturnal catabolism and replace it with powerful anabolism.

Before a training session
Taking 20 g of Nutrimuscle organic egg-white protein one hour before exertion increases the level of anabolic amino acids in the blood and in the muscles, protecting them from catabolism, which is otherwise inevitable during a training session.

During a training session
Dilute 40g of Nutrimuscle organic egg-white protein in water and drink every 15-20 minutes throughout your workout to prevent fatigue and to nourish muscles congested by exercise.
This strategy helps maintain a high level of muscle anabolism during training. Without this constant supply of anabolic amino acids, muscle protein synthesis is reduced, thus giving way to catabolism.

After a training session
To increase the extent of your post-exercise anabolic response, take 40 g of Nutrimuscle organic egg-white protein within 30 minutes of training. To increase the anabolic efficiency of the amino acids in egg white protein, you can reinforce it with 40 to 100 grams of dextrose.

How do I take Nutrimuscle organic egg-white protein?

With a plain, slightly salty-sweet taste, Nutrimuscle organic egg-white protein can be consumed as is or sweetened with Nutrimuscle's natural Stevia. You can also enhance the taste by adding Nutrimuscle's natural Nutri-Aromas, or even enjoy it with cocoa, coffee, tea, a syrup of your choice, a strawberry, a mint leaf, or in a fruity shake: banana, apple, strawberry, etc. Nutrimuscle's organic egg white can also be used in the kitchen (for baking in particular) to make delicious pancakes or a smooth chocolate cream.

How do I prepare and consume my proteins?
Gas generated by the consumption of protein powder does not come from the protein itself. It mainly comes from the temperature of the liquid in which it is diluted. Cold liquid, which is often too cold, consumed several times a day in high quantities (1.5 to 2 litres) creates a thermal shock in the digestive system, causing bloating, gas, or even a case of the runs if you're very sensitive.
Nutrimuscle recommends consuming its protein products in a room-temperature liquid: prepare your protein in the morning in a bottle and then consume throughout the day. You have a smooth, even mixture, because the bubbles have evaporated. So, say goodbye to burps! What's more, the ambient temperature of the contents will not disturb your digestion, so gas is also a thing of the past.

Interactions with other Nutrimuscle products

Synergies between supplements
Nutrimuscle egg-white protein is rich in BCAAs, especially leucine. This amino acid is therefore not a limiting factor to the anabolic effect of egg-white protein. On the other hand, scientific analyses have shown that the first BCAA-limiting egg-white protein was valine (13). If you wish to use BCAAs with your egg-white protein, it's a good idea to opt for BCAA 2.1.2 Resistance, which is richer in valine than our BCAA 4.1.1 Constructors.
Nutrimuscle organic egg-white protein can be used in synergy with whey protein and improves the assimilation of biotics.

Adverse reactions between supplements
To avoid bloating, Nutrimuscle organic egg-white protein is not to be taken at the same time as potassium bicarbonate.

Purity of raw materials guaranteed

At Nutrimuscle, we use only the highest quality proteins from the world's leading manufacturers. Nutrimuscle organic egg white is a product of French origin and manufacturing. What matters most to us is the quality of the raw materials, your health, and the results you achieve using our nutritional supplements.
This quality is essential for proteins such as Nutrimuscle organic egg white, which is intended for frequent consumption (every day or even several times a day) in large quantities.

Quality products

Nutrimuscle Organic Egg White Protein is made up of approximately 250 organic egg whites per pound of protein powder. To reconstitute the theoretical value of 1 kg of liquid organic egg white, add 125 g of organic egg white to 875 g of water.
Medical analyzes have shown that "organic" foods are richer in vitamins and minerals than the same "organic" foods, but grown industrially. In addition, thanks to organic farming, these same foods contain less nitrates and pesticide residues than the others (1).

No chemical or genetic manipulation
A simple chemical manipulation (known as “instantaneousization”) transforms poor quality, completely insoluble proteins into proteins that melt in water. At Nutrimuscle, we prefer to use quality proteins in order to avoid chemical processes.

Nutrimuscle Organic Egg White Protein is 'non-instant'. Therefore, it does not contain transgenic soy lecithin (GMO) or carboxymethylcellulose and has not undergone ionizing radiation treatments.

Benefits of organic egg white in more detail

Muscle mass gain

A new study shows that compared to a resting situation, for the same amount of protein, muscles receive 56% more amino acids when subjects used protein supplements right after training. This better absorption partly explains why protein is 16% more anabolic after exercise (14). But, because of this more pronounced anabolism which consumes proteins, the level of amino acids in the blood will drop much more quickly after exercise than at rest. You must therefore eat within an hour of your post-effort snack.
Morality: you have to take back protein quickly after training, including if you use a so-called slow protein (egg white or native casein), because the effort somehow accelerates the rate of protein assimilation. . This, not during the absorption phase, but at the level of its use by the muscles.

Sedentary men did 12 weeks of strength training. They received protein powder supplementation that combined egg protein + whey (11). The more protein these men consumed, the more lean muscle they gained. They increased their muscle mass by:

  • 2.3% by taking 0.7 g of protein per kilogram of body weight,
  • 3.6% with 0.9 g of protein per kilo,
  • 5.1% with 1.1 g of protein per kilo.

Indeed, other medical research has shown that 40g of egg protein is significantly more effective for anabolism than 5, 10 or 20g after a weight training session (12).

Effectiveness for fat loss

For a long time, medical research has shown that eating eggs accelerates fat loss, especially on diet (1). These benefits are mainly explained by the appetite suppressant effect of eggs (2).

In eggs, it is not the yolks that suppress the appetite, but the whites, thanks to their high protein concentration. These egg white proteins are therefore excellent for dieting due to their low in carbohydrates, fats and calories (3). As medical studies show, egg protein makes an excellent breakfast by suppressing appetite and reducing the urge to eat more than conventional morning foods like croissants, juice, cereals or more. toast (4). Similar studies show this same appetite suppressant superiority at lunch compared to chicken and potatoes (5). Compared to cheese proteins, the appetite suppressant effect of egg white proteins is by far more pronounced and longer-lasting while increasing insulin levels significantly less (6).

Egg white and blood sugar
Compared to other sources of protein, egg white protein only increases insulin secretion very little, which is a big advantage when dieting, because insulin is the main hormone that prevents loss. fat (7-8-9).

As a result, protein in egg whites does little to affect blood sugar levels, which is good for people who are prone to hypoglycemia, especially during times of calorie restriction. Women are particularly affected by these "pump strokes" due to a level of sugar that is too low in the blood. These untimely hypoglycaemia cause fatigue and inevitably lead to eating. Egg white protein also inhibits the secretion of ghrelin, a hormone that makes you hungry (9).

The amino acids that make up protein in egg whites are very poorly catabolized in the form of carbohydrates, including during fasting. Thus, egg protein will not help raise blood sugar levels. It will therefore not disturb the dryness during a ketogenic or very low carbohydrate diet (10).

Healthy digestive system by taking Bacillus coagulens
The goal of taking Bacillus coagulans GanedenBC30® is to:

  • Increase the assimilation of amino acids, in particular for key amino acids for anabolism such as leucine and especially glutamine that it is very difficult to assimilate correctly.
  • Optimize health: the proliferation of pathogenic bacteria in the digestive system generates a large number of toxic substances. By fighting against these bad bacteria, Bacillus coagulans GanedenBC30® induce surprising effects against joint pain, poor sleep, etc.
  • Fight against digestive disorders such as bloating that can be felt with a high calorie diet or diet, particularly rich in protein. At least 100 million Bacillus coagulans spores must be used per day for effects to occur (2).
