Who is Nutrimuscle organic native whey isolate for?

Organic native whey isolate is for:

  • Athletes, for a high-quality protein intake and an increase in muscle mass

Organic native whey isolate dosage

Dilute 40 g (4 scoops) in milk or room-temperature mineral water 3 times a day.

If you're also taking Bacillus Coagulans, avoid diluting Nutrimuscle organic native whey isolate in chlorinated water such as tap water, as this will kill some of the bacteria in GanedenBC30® Bacillus Coagulans.

When should I consume native whey isolate?

As it is perfectly soluble in stomach acid, Nutrimuscle's organic native whey protein isolate is very quickly digested. Nutrimuscle organic native whey isolate thus takes effect very quickly after consumption:

  • Within 10 minutes, the amino acids of the organic native whey isolate arrive in your blood. 
  • For 1 hour, your blood amino acid level remains high. 
  • One hour after consumption, it will be time to top up on Nutrimuscle organic native whey isolate or enjoy a high protein meal.

First thing in the morning
Take 30 g of Nutrimuscle organic native whey isolate to stop the catabolism induced by your overnight fast and restart anabolism (1).

Because of its rapid absorption by the body, Nutrimuscle's organic native whey isolate is ideal in the morning to immediately revive muscular anabolism, which is depleted by your overnight fast. 

You'll need a high dose of protein to fill your empty stomach first thing in the morning, because at this time your digestive system takes a lot of the protein from that first meal. Upping your intake ensures that your muscles also receive all the protein they need. (5) This anabolically disastrous situation explains why simply eating protein in the morning almost triples the rate of anabolism (6). 

Between meals
Between main meals, 20 g of Nutrimuscle organic native whey isolate boosts muscle anabolism.

In the evening
Take 30 g of Nutrimuscle organic native whey isolate just before bed to replace nocturnal catabolism with a powerful anabolic effect.

Before a training session
Taking 20 g of Nutrimuscle organic native whey isolate 45 minutes before training prepares your muscles for the exertion.

During your workout
To fight against catabolism and muscle fatigue, drink 15 g of Nutrimuscle organic native whey isolate every 20 minutes during your training session.

After a training session
Take 50 to 60 g of Nutrimuscle organic native whey isolate immediately after exercise to optimise the anabolic response. In combination with dextrose, the isolate accelerates recovery speeds, which is important for athletes who train every day or even several times a day (2).

How do I take the native whey isolate?

Nutrimuscle organic native whey isolate is flavourless, but has a natural, slightly milky taste. It can be consumed as is or sweetened with Nutrimuscle's natural stevia. You can also enhance the taste by adding cocoa, coffee, tea, a syrup of your choice, a strawberry, or a mint leaf. You could also add it to a fruity shake: banana, apple, strawberry... whatever takes your fancy!

How do I prepare and consume my proteins?
Gas generated by the consumption of protein powder does not come from the protein itself. It mainly comes from the temperature of the liquid in which it is diluted. Cold liquid, which is often too cold, consumed several times a day in high quantities (1.5 to 2 litres) creates a thermal shock in the digestive system, causing bloating, gas, or even a case of the runs if you're very sensitive. 

Nutrimuscle recommends consuming its protein products in a room-temperature liquid: prepare your protein in the morning in a bottle and then consume throughout the day. You have a smooth, even mixture, because the bubbles have evaporated. So, say goodbye to burps! What's more, the ambient temperature of the contents will not disturb your digestion, so gas is also a thing of the past.

A mixture to be prepared with care
As it has not undergone a chemical process and is made of native proteins, Nutrimuscle organic native whey isolate should not be shaken for a long time once in water or milk, otherwise a lot of foam will be produced. 

Using a blender (the metal blades destroy the growth elements naturally present in milk) is not recommended: it will reduce the anabolic impact of Nutrimuscle's organic native whey isolate. Instead, we recommend mixing with a fork, or very gently with a whisk. If you don't like the slightly pasty texture, let it sit for a minute so that the protein dissolves completely on its own in the liquid.

Interactions with other Nutrimuscle products

Protein and BCAAs
This study (7) sheds new light on which BCAAs you should take with your protein.

There are two different forms of Nutrimuscle BCAAs:

Compared to casein, Nutrimuscle organic native whey isolate results in a less significant rise in valine. In order to optimise anabolism, we therefore recommend combining it with BCAA 2.1.2 Resistance, which is richer in valine. It would be less advisable to do the opposite, which would further unbalance the aminogram instead of rebalancing it to make it more conducive to anabolism.

Synergies between supplements
Nutrimuscle organic native whey isolate improves the assimilation of biotics, carnitine, and creatine.
Adverse reactions between supplements
To avoid bloating, Nutrimuscle's organic native whey isolate is not to be taken at the same time as potassium bicarbonate.

Origin and quality control of organic milk

Throughout the manufacturing process, Nutrimuscle's organic native whey isolate receives constant care and attention to ensure that the molecular structure of the protein isn't altered.

Four features really make it stand out in comparison with other proteins:

No organic cheese protein derived from milk
With the rise in organic produce came the rise of the organic cheese industry. Traditionally, whey is made from the waste products of the cheese industry. This means that manufacturers have added bacteria (to ferment the milk) and enzymes (to curdle the milk). They then remove the juices (whey) from the resulting cheese, much like draining away the liquid that floats on the surface of a yoghurt. The big advantage is that this by-product that used to be thrown away is cheap, which explains the lower price per kilo of classic whey and the attractive price of cheap organic whey.

Using organic native dairy serum proteins, Nutrimusclees organic native whey isolate is derived from a non-deteriorated and organic high-quality raw material, not from cheese waste that has undergone chemical processing that is detrimental to the proper assimilation of the protein. Additionally, depending on the type of cheese produced, the composition of classic whey varies from one batch to another. A native milk serum protein is not subject to these variations in quality.

No heat treatment
Thanks to an innovative membrane extraction technique, Nutrimuscle's organic native whey isolate is obtained cold, meaning no heat is used, which would damage amino acids and thus their anabolic power. Austrian organic milk is first microfiltered to remove fat and bacteria. The organic native whey is then ultrafiltered. Only natural, non-chemical filtration is used. Thus, the growth factors naturally present in milk are perfectly preserved, whereas heat would destroy them. For example, the TGF content is 95 µg per 100g. This TGF (Transforming Growth Factor) plays an important role in the maturing of muscle stem cells (satellite cells) and their transformation into mature muscle cells (1).

No GMPs (glycomacro-peptides)
In addition to the lesser denaturing of amino acids, Nutrimuscle's organic dairy native whey isolate has an advantage over milk-derived cheese proteins: it does not contain glycomacropeptides (GMPs). The presence of GMPs in whey is evidence of the denaturing of the amino acids during the cheese making process.

As their name suggests, GMPs are a mixture of sugars (30%) and amino acids (70%).

GMPs are particularly low in leucine, the most anabolic amino acid for muscles. GMPs decrease whey absorption by inhibiting the secretion of acid in the stomach (acid essential to the breakdown of whey into amino acids; 2). Their presence will therefore require more time and effort from the digestive system to break the whey down into smaller peptides. Slower absorption means a reduction in the anabolic effect of whey (3). 

For a while it was thought that the advantage of GMPs was their ability to reduce appetite thanks to their stimulating effect on the appetite-suppressant hormones. Unfortunately, this is not actually the case, which means that GMPs are of no interest either for muscle gain or fat loss (4-5). They are thus an unnecessary load for athletes to carry. Thanks to the absence of GMPs, Nutrimuscle's organic native whey isolate contains 17% more essential amino acids (especially leucine) than a conventional isolate.

No chemical or genetic modifications
At Nutrimuscle, we prefer to use high-quality proteins in order to avoid chemical processing.
Nutrimuscle's organic native whey isolate is 'non-instant'. Therefore, it does not contain transgenic soy (GMO) and has not been treated with ionising radiation.

Benefits of organic native whey isolate in more detail

Muscle growth

Young men were given 15 g of whey on an empty stomach or after a weight training session (4). On an empty stomach, taking whey increases the rate of muscle protein synthesis (anabolism) by 0.016% per hour. When whey is used right after training, its anabolic impact more than doubles, with an anabolism rise of 0.041% per hour. This study shows that the increase in muscle sensitivity to whey anabolism lasts for more than 24 hours after training.

Appetite suppressant effect

Healthy digestive system by taking Bacillus Coagulens
The goal of taking Bacillus Coagulans GanedenBC30® is to:

  1. Increase the assimilation of amino acids, in particular for key amino acids for anabolism such as leucine and especially glutamine that it is very difficult to assimilate correctly.
  2. Optimize health: the proliferation of pathogenic bacteria in the digestive system generates a large number of toxic substances. By fighting against these bad bacteria, Bacillus Coagulans GanedenBC30® induce surprising effects against joint pain, poor sleep, etc.
  3. Fight against digestive disorders such as bloating that can be felt with a high calorie diet or diet, particularly rich in protein. At least 100 million Bacillus Coagulans spores must be used per day for effects to occur (2).
