Description

What is Green Caffeine Bio Booster?

Green Caffeine Bio Booster is directly derived from green organic Arabica coffee beans. It therefore contains all the health molecules of coffee. The caffeine content is guaranteed to be around 45%, and it contains a minimum of 28% chlorogenic acid. Caffeine is the most powerful stimulant for both strength and endurance sports performance. It is also unsurpassed in accelerating fat loss or fighting the accumulation of fatty deposits.

What are the benefits of the Green Caffeine Bio Booster?

Impacts on physical and cerebral performance
Caffeine and coffee increase intellectual performance, as well as strength, power, and endurance, by reducing feelings of difficulty and the perception of associated pain.

A testosterone booster
Among strength and endurance athletes, caffeine intake is often associated with a high testosterone level.

Faster metabolism and fat burning
Caffeine is the most powerful molecule for burning fat. It acts both by increasing the mobilisation of fats and burning calories by accelerating your metabolism.

Coffee and life expectancy
A very recent benchmark analysis shows that drinking the equivalent of 3 to 4 cups of coffee per day is optimal for reducing the risk of mortality by 20%.

Effects of chlorogenic acid
Chlorogenic acid, which is naturally occurring in coffee, is a powerful antioxidant polyphenol. In addition to holding slimming properties, chlorogenic acid contributes to the protective effects of coffee against cardiovascular diseases, digestive cancers, and diabetes.

Unroasted organic green coffee extract and chlorogenic acid

The Green Caffeine Bio Booster Nutrimuscle is extracted from organic green coffee seeds of the variety Robusta (Coffea canephora robusta). It is therefore unroasted (roasting constitutes cooking which reduces by more than half the concentration of chlorogenic acid).
It is also important to note that the extraction of chlorogenic acid from Green Caffeine Bio Booster Nutrimuscle coffee is done with water and not with chemicals.
This is why it is the best dosed chlorogenic acid supplement on the market, with an intake that is 50 to 100% higher than other chlorogenic acids.
With the Green Caffeine Bio Booster Nutrimuscle, you have a guarantee that your coffee extract contains no heavy metals or pesticides. The Green Caffeine Bio Booster Nutrimuscle is non-GMO and has not undergone any irradiation.

Chlorogenic acid
Chlorogenic acid is a relatively expensive supplement for purification reasons. Indeed, it is necessary to sell a chlorogenic acid which contains absolutely no caffeine.
Filtration, in order to exclude caffeine, represents a huge cost in the production of chlorogenic acid. Athletes do not look for a chlorogenic acid that is completely devoid of caffeine, and often add caffeine to their chlorogenic acid in order to reduce the side effects, in particular pro-hypertension of their caffeine.
The natural caffeine in Green Caffeine Bio Booster provides high quality chlorogenic acids at a modest cost.

How do I optimise my absorption of chlorogenic acid?

The origin of Nutrimuscle's Green Caffeine Bio Booster was carefully selected in order to find the form of chlorogenic acid that is best assimilated by the human body. Compared to conventional coffee, the absorption of chlorogenic acid from Nutrimuscle's Green Caffeine Bio Booster is approximately 40% higher (1-2-3).

However, the fact remains that this absorption varies greatly from one individual to another. For some, it is very high, with assimilation exceeding 72%, yet it remains low for a minority (less than 10% assimilation).
Taking Nutrimuscle Green Caffeine Bio Booster on an empty stomach or with food could modify its absorption, but research is ongoing (4).

It is therefore advisable to try taking Nutrimuscle's Green Caffeine Bio Booster before or after a meal to determine what is best for you.

Interactions with other Nutrimuscle products

Synergies between supplements

Purity of raw materials guaranteed

At Nutrimuscle, we only use top-of-the-range ingredients, the quality of which is guaranteed by global leaders: the Italian group Stabilimento Farmaceutico Cav. G. Testa produces the organic green coffee extract found in Nutrimuscle's Green Caffeine Bio Booster.

Why organic green coffee extract?

Nutrimuscle prefers organic materials. Nutrimuscle's Green Caffeine Bio Booster comes from organic green coffee complying with European regulations.

Although it's more expensive than intensively farmed food, medical analyses have shown that organic foods are richer in vitamins and minerals than the same foods that are grown industrially. Moreover, thanks to organic farming, these same foods contain fewer nitrates and pesticide residues than others (1).

So, it's not synthetic caffeine. In addition, Nutrimuscle's Green Caffeine Bio Booster does not contain any of the many chemical additives found in synthetic caffeine.

With this in mind, we recommend reading the small print of the ingredient list on all chemical (and unfortunately also natural) caffeines: an extensive list of additives simply facilitates encapsulation and helps preserve the caffeine over time.

It has absolutely no benefit to the health or performance of the consumer.

Nutrimuscle's Green Caffeine Bio Booster retains its natural colour and is not chemically whitened like many caffeines.

Benefits of Green Caffeine Bio Booster in more detail

Coffee beans contain more than 1000 active molecules that can act on human health and performance. The best known of these substances is caffeine, which on its own is not good for your health, either in the short or long term. It is therefore necessary to favor a natural and organic caffeine, the effects of which would be modulated by all the other beneficial molecules of coffee, for health.

Impacts on physical and brain performance
Caffeine reduces the feeling of exertion as well as the perception of pain associated with exertion, it also reduces the feeling of stiffness (1-2-3-4-5-6). According to studies, men seem to be more receptive to the strength gains produced by coffee, especially in the thighs.

When it comes to endurance gains, the benefits appear to be similar for men and women (6). Even low doses of caffeine (less than 3 mg per kilogram of body weight) appear to be effective in the majority of athletes (6).

Intellectual performance is also enhanced by caffeine, which is important not only during sport, but also at work (6).

A testosterone booster
In bodybuilding, taking caffeine is often associated with a greater increase in testosterone than without taking caffeine (11-12). These benefits are also noted in strength and endurance athletes (13-14-15). In non-athletes, caffeine does not appear to affect testosterone secretion (10).

Acceleration of metabolism and fat loss
Besides performance, caffeine is also the most powerful fat-melting molecule (16). It works by both increasing fat mobilization as well as calorie waste by speeding up metabolism (17).

It also fights against the fatigue associated with calorie restriction, which increases the chances of success of the diet. Even after a diet, caffeine is still useful because it minimizes the fat gain that is generally seen (19).

If you do cardio to speed up your fat loss, taking caffeine before exercise will greatly increase fat mobilization, while making the effort less strenuous (18).

Coffee and life expectancy
A very recent benchmark analysis shows that optimal for health is drinking the equivalent of 3 to 4 cups of coffee per day (25). The risk of death compared to people who do not drink coffee from all causes is almost 20% reduced.

Regular use of coffee lowers the risk of a wide variety of diseases such as cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular and neurological diseases, etc. The various studies on very large scales are fairly unanimous, both on the actions and on the magnitude of these effects (26-27-28-29-30-31).

On the other hand, the benefits of coffee are also present with decaffeinated coffees, which suggests that the health action of coffee is not explained by the presence of caffeine, but rather by the other molecules it contains.

Effect of chlorogenic acid

Chlorogenic acid is a powerful antioxidant polyphenol. In addition to its slimming aspect, chlorogenic acid contributes to the protective effects of coffee against cardiovascular diseases, digestive cancers and diabetes.

Chlorogenic acid has a multitude of anti-kilo mechanisms in:

  • Increasing the basic metabolism, therefore the daily energy expenditure;
  • Promoting the mobilization of fat from adipose tissue;
  • Suppressing appetite and slowing the absorption of sugars while caffeine has the opposite effect;
  • Moderating the secretion of insulin (a hormone which, in excess, makes you fat);
  • Increasing the share of calories that are released through natural channels without being assimilated, which lowers carbohydrate absorption by around 7% (1), and also fights against constipation;
  • Promoting the entry of carbohydrates into the muscles. Chlorogenic acid improves carbohydrate rebound and minimizes the risk of fat gain, because the more carbohydrates that enter the muscles, the less energy is available to make fat (2);
  • Decreasing the catabolism of amino acids. Chlorogenic acid prevents these from turning into sugar.

In some aspects, chlorogenic acid is more powerful than caffeine, especially on reducing appetite. For example, taking a classic coffee increases the level of GLP-1 (an appetite suppressant hormone) by 12% within an hour. Decaffeinated, thanks to chlorogenic acid, increases the level of GLP-1 by 26%.

In the long term, all these effects will result in a marked loss of fat. In this regard, scientific studies show that the daily intake of 400 mg of chlorogenic acid for 12 weeks in overweight people allows them to lose almost 4 kg without diet, 80% of which is made up of fat. (1-3-4).

The chlorogenic acid in Green Caffeine Bio Booster Nutrimuscle can help relieve the joints by modulating the activity of immune agents that destroy cartilage (5). Being a powerful antioxidant, chlorogenic acid protects not only muscles but also neurons from aging damage, which explains the protective effects of coffee on the brain (6-7-8).

Why not just drink coffee?

It seems legitimate to wonder if, instead of taking the Green Caffeine Bio Booster Nutrimuscle, it would not be possible to drink coffee? There are 5 reasons for the superiority of supplementation.

The caffeine content of each cup of coffee remains obscure
When you take a coffee, even for the same brand or for the same package, the caffeine content is neither guaranteed nor stable. Some cups will be high in caffeine, others less, and it will be very difficult to assess your caffeine intake. No coffee vendor is required to certify caffeine content. It is rated at best, and on average, it is estimated that one cup of coffee provides 100 mg of caffeine (34).

But this average is going to be influenced by the type of coffee beans used, its level of roasting, the style of brewing the coffee and of course the size of the cup. Very often, we are dealing with a cup more than a small cup. In this case, total caffeine concentrations can range from 260 to 565 mg (34). We therefore do not control the dosage, and we therefore cannot know if the gain in strength is due to its progression or to the fact that we have just overdosed on caffeine.

The coffee is roasted
When you burn a food, this enhances its flavor, but it also generates a certain number of toxic molecules by Maillard reaction such as acrylamide for coffee, which is of no benefit to health (35). In addition, while roasting increases the caffeine concentration, it halves the content of coffee's healthy component: chlorogenic acid (36). On average, a coffee provides between 6 and 188 mg of chlorogenic acid, which is very little compared to Green Caffeine Bio Booster (37).

Lots of coffees are filtered
Filtration removes certain anticancer health molecules from coffee such as cafestol and kakweol. If the coffee beans are rich in it, there is no more in the filtered coffee, everything having remained in the filter. So, to benefit from all the health effects of Green Caffeine Bio Booster, you should only drink espressos or drink your coffee and eat what has been filtered .... This difference is important, because it modifies the risk of cancer ( 38).

A first study which compared the risks of cancer following very long-term use of filtered coffees versus espresso coffees has since been confirmed on a multitude of different cancers, in particular on the risk of prostate cancer in men (39 ) and breast cancer in women (40, see below). If espresso reduces the risk of cancer, the opposite is true for filtered coffee.

Often coffee is soluble

Instant or instant coffee (like “instant” proteins) has been altered to mix very easily in water. These coffees are "richer" in chemicals and their preparation generates the appearance of toxic substances. A study on the action of coffee on the risk of breast cancer is very telling on this subject (40): when it includes all coffee users, it does not really detect an impact on the risk of cancer. On the other hand, when it takes into account the different types of coffee, the differences appear clearly.

In espresso-type coffee drinkers, the risk of breast cancer is reduced by 52% for a regular consumption of at least one cup over the past ten years. On the other hand, in regular users of soluble coffee, the risk of breast cancer increases by 50%. These differences explain why, when we bring together all the coffee users in the same group, the benefits of coffee are very mixed, whereas in fact, depending on the type of coffee, they are not.

But beyond the numbers, what is important to note here are the major trends that are revealed by this medical research and which show that in terms of health, all coffees are absolutely not the same, according to whether or not they contain the anticancer molecules.

The price is very different
In the end, if we compare the price of a gram of caffeine in commercial coffee with that of Green Caffeine Bio Booster Nutrimuscle, we see that the difference is enormous, even compared to non-organic coffee. And that's not to mention supplementation with chlorogenic acid and anticancer molecules.

The difference between the coffee you drink and the Green Caffeine Bio Booster lies in the way it is taken.

Natural or chemical caffeine: impact on life expectancy

At first glance, you might think that there is no difference between natural caffeine molecules and chemical caffeine molecules. Yet medical research is able to differentiate the two very well, because the action of coffee on our health is not explained by the presence of caffeine, in particular with regard to our life expectancy.

The length of telomeres (the protectors of the integrity of DNA strands) is a marker of life expectancy: the longer the telomeres, the more they are able to protect DNA, which will keep us in good health. health.

With age, telomeres shorten (on average 15 base pairs per year out of our 5,000 to 7,000 base pairs), which explains why older people fall sick more and more easily over the decades.

Lifestyle also influences the integrity of telomeres: a good diet as well as regular sports practice contributes to the maintenance of long telomeres while a poor diet, excess fat and sedentary behavior greatly accelerate telomere shortening and therefore life expectancy.

Researchers have studied the influence of coffee vs the synthetic caffeine in energy drinks and other boosters on telomere length in almost 6,000 people aged 20 to 84 (32).

With the same caffeine consumption, when the caffeine is synthetic, because it does not come from coffee, the length of the telomeres decreases. This reduction reaches 35 base pairs per 100 mg of caffeine daily. When caffeine is natural, taking a daily coffee increases telomere length by 40 base pairs (32).

Over a lifetime, daily use of 200 mg of synthetic caffeine reduces life expectancy by 4.6 years (the same reduction seen in people who smoke 25 packs of cigarettes per year). Thus, depriving yourself of the beneficial molecules of coffee while using synthetic caffeine is not beneficial for your health, quite the contrary (33).
