I am a little lactose intolerant: Good news, you can eat all of our flavored proteins! In fact, we have added lactase, an enzyme naturally present in our intestines which allows us to digest lactose. Some people produce more lactase than others. The less lactase we synthesize, the more lactose intolerant we are. At Nutrimuscle, quality and transparency reign. We have therefore chosen not to add soy lecithin (GMO), nor chemicals promoting the miscibility of the powder. So our proteins are a little more difficult to mix in water. How to improve miscibility? We advise you to put a splash of water in your shaker, gently pour in your powder then add 200 to 300 ml of water before stirring. You can then add water to your shaker as you wish. Using carbohydrates such as oat, barley, buckwheat or sweet potato powder helps increase the miscibility of the protein in water. Mixing with milk is also easier.
