Organic guarana

The Nutrimuscle organic guarana reinforces the boosters and anti-fat effects of the Natural Bio Burner and the Biological Maté Yerba.

The organic svetol will strengthen the content of chlorogenic acid and therefore accentuate the stimulating, but non -exciting effects of the Nutrimuscle organic guarana. Contrary to popular belief, the Nutrimuscle biological guarana will not prevent your creatine (Creapure®) from acting. On the contrary, their effects strengthen each other by increasing muscle performance and dry mass gains.

The organic guarana is not to be taken at the same time as ZMB Pidolat so as not to reduce its relaxing action.

Guarana Guayapi is cultivated on Amazonian lands where Guarana is from. It is dried while respecting ancestral traditions and all roasting is prohibited. Guayapi focuses on wild plants, picked by local tribes, respecting traditions. It is therefore an organic farming that preserves the environment.

Guayapi respects the quality charters of many organic and fair trade certification organizations. We are far from intensive culture, chemical extraction and GMOs (genetically modified organisms).

Ce qui fait la différence entre les diverses formes de guarana, ce n'est pas la teneur en caféine, ce sont les polyphénols (catéchines, epicatéchines) et les tanins. Avec des moyens d’extraction rapides et peu coûteux, on détruit une grande partie de ces principes actifs (8) : si vous utilisez un guarana premier prix, il ne s'agit bien souvent que d'une forme coûteuse de caféine. Autant acheter de la caféine qui sera probablement plus naturelle, car moins traitée chimiquement.

Il existe plusieurs façons de cultiver et d'extraire le guarana (9) :

Une technique artisanale, longue et laborieuse donc plus coûteuse, mais qui respecte l'intégrité des principes actifs de la plante ;
Une technique industrielle, beaucoup plus rapide et moins coûteuse, mais qui ne respecte pas les principes actifs autres que la caféine.
Le fait de beaucoup chauffer la poudre de guarana afin de la sécher après son extraction en milieu liquide va endommager ses autres principes actifs. Plus on chauffe, plus on gagne de temps et plus on économise, mais plus on détruit l'intérêt du guarana (10).

Le secret pour obtenir des extraits de guarana riches en polyphénols réside essentiellement dans le mode de séchage : en évitant les hautes températures ou la torréfaction, on préserve mieux toutes les molécules actives.
